Larvik raises funds for Estonian pulp mill

Larvik Cell of Norway is negotiating the final financing of its greenfield Estonian pulp mill with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development,which may become a partner.With the withdrawal of Rottneros of Sweden from the project late last year,some euro17 million of investment capital was lost.
