Page Overton to Expand after Acquisition

Page Overton, the well-respected executive search company in the paper and paper-based packaging industries, has been acquired. Current MD, Colin Ransom, has sold 100% of the shares to Nigel Williams. Nigel has 35 years' experience in the paper, security print and technology sectors, working for leading manufacturers such as: Georgia Pacific, Domtar, Buhrmann NY, De La Rue, Schreiner and Tesa Scribos. This includes global marketing of security paper for banknotes, passports and other high security documents, and more recently developing security solutions for leading commercial brands throughout the world. This involved the recruitment and motivation of international agency networks and European sales and technical teams.
