In recent years, there has been a lot of debate about the availability of sufficient volumes of recovered paper for three newsprint lines which may startup in the UK in the near future:Palm PM7, the 400,000 tpy line which is due to start up at Kings Lynn in September Ecco Newsprint, another 400,000 tpy line which is to startup in 2010 or 2011 Aylesford Newsprint - a project which has been mooted for some time. The mill already produces 400,000 tonnes on two machines.
