The European price cycle has remained remarkably stable over the last 6 months -within the us580-600 band for NBSK- following a us40 decline between March and June. Despite a concerted effort by the big producers to achieve us620 by 1 October,NBSK remained firmly in the us590- 600 band in mid November.
