The rising tide of regulation is a growing concern in the pulp and paper industry.There is a particular concern about REACH - the EU proposal for the Registration,Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals.REACH received the approval of the European Parliament during a 1st Reading on 17 November and is likely to become law in 2007.
