Antalis buys Thalo Papier

摘要

Antalis Suisse has taken over the assets of Thalo Papier of Switzerland,a family-owned specialty paper merchant.The deal includes the Thalo brand,the product range and the customer base.Antalis is transferring Thalo paper stock from the Adliswil facility to the Swiss office of Antalis in Lupfig.Both are near Zurich.
