Bert Ostlund left his position as President and CEO of Billerud on 1 March 2005,and is succeeded by acting President Peter Davidson.Mr Oslund's departure marks the end of a period of restructuring which followed the acquisition of three Swedish mills-the Gruvon,Skarblacka and Karlsborg mills-in 2001.Last year,Billerud acquired Henry Cooke of the UK.
