摘要

Zn/Ni/Fe composite oxide nanotubes were synthesized using a 1:2:1 molar precursor solution of Zn(NO_3)2, Ni(NO_3)2 and Fe(NO _3)3 and anodic aluminum oxide as the substrate. The length of the nanotubes is about 1 to 5 μm, and the outer diameter is 200 nm. The samples were characterized using scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer. Magnetization measurement showed the coercivity and largest magnetocrystalline magnetization of Zn/Ni/Fe oxide nanotubes were ~60 Oe and 0.6 emu/g. Zn/Ni/Fe oxide nanotubes could be easily prepared using this method, and might be applied as catalysts, magnetic materials or microwave absorbers.
