UK paper merchant Elliott Baxter & Company (EBB Paper) has extended its range of products via the acquisition of office products and services supplier Denian Office. The purchase price was not revealed. EBB Paper operates 10 regional sales offices and distribution centres throughout the UK. The firm sells over 105,000 tonnes of paper annually and has an annual turnover of just under ￡100m.
