摘要

Two new solid complexes of N-[(benzoylamino) thioxomethyl]-glycine (HL) with transition metals [Cu(II), Zn(II)] have been synthesized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG-DTA, molar conductance measurements and H-1 NMR spectra. The general formulas of the complexes are CU2L2Cl2 and Zn2L2(()H)(2). The antioxidative activity of the complexes was tested. The result obtained showed that these complexes possess scavenging effects on O-2 radical cation radicals. Especially the complex of Cu(IT) has an excellent scavenger effect for activated oxygen. [References: 16]
