摘要

Complexes of the composition R_(4-n)SnL_n (R = Me, Et, Bu, Ph, Bz, n = 1 and 2, and L = 2-(6-methoxynaphthyl)propionic acid anion have been synthesized by the reaction of tri- and diorganotin halides with the silver salt of 2-(6-methoxynaphthyl) propionic acid in dry chloroform. Conductance data show that the complexes are non-electrolytes. Structural assignments were made on the basis of spectral studies (FTIR, ~1H, ~13C, ~119Sn NMR, mass and UV-Vis spectroscopy).
