摘要

This paper describes the molecular electrical conducting properties of a complex salt, (Me_4N)_2(Zn(ecda)_2), and four heterobimetallics, M(Zn(ecda)_2) (M = Mn(II), Ag(I), Hg(II), or Pb(II); ecda~(2-) = l-ethoxycarbonyl-l-cyanoethylene-2,2-dithiolate), that have been investigated using molecular spectroscopic (IR, NMR, UV-Visible, EPR) and conductivity techniques. All of the compounds exhibit compressed pellet room temperature conductivity in the 10~(-12) -10~(-7) Scm~(-1) range and they show semiconductivity over the range 292 to 393 K.
