PCG Capital Partners,the private equity investment arm of Pacific Corporate Group LLC has made an investment in the high-end niche paper and tissue manufacturer,Lincoln Paper and Tissue LLC.PCG invested approximately US35 million in subordinated notes and equity.Management also invested US1 million in equity in this transaction.Senior financing was provided by LaSalle Business Credit,LLC.
