Georgia-Pacific to Sell Ga.and Miss.Pulp Mills

Georgia-Pacific Corp.and KoCell LLC,a whooly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries,Inc.,have signed a letter for intent for Koch to acquire Georgia-Pacific's non-integrated fluff and market pulp operations for US610 million,which includes assumption of US173 million of indebtedness.
