摘要

China is fast-rising as a major player in the global economy.In the paper and forest products industries,China represents opportunities.However,it is not without risk for the U.S.industry.The companies and organizations that comprise the membership of the American Forest & Paper Association recognize China as a competitor-at times not always a seemingly fair competitor.However,the fact remains that China is an important market that holds growing investment opportunity for U.S.companies.
