Scientific interest in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) operating in the visible range has considerably increased over the last few years in connection with economic efficiency of their operation [1]. One of the basic problems of LED development is an increase in their output energy. An important role here belongs to photoluminophore (PL) coatings that, absorbing a portion of quanta of violet radiation emit green and orange radiation [2].
