KapStone Paper and Packaging Acquires Central Florida Box

KapStone Paper and Packaging on July 1 completed the acquisition of Central Florida Box (CFB) Corporation located in Lake Mary, Florida. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. CFB provides design, graphics, manufacturing, assembly, fulfillment, warehousing and distribution services to over 400 customers ranging from small, family-owned companies to large, national corporations.
