Pulp Imports to China Up Slightly in December, Up Sharply Y/Y

China in December 2009 imported one million metric tons of pulp, an increase of 40,000 m/tons compared to November 2009, according to China's General Administration of Customs.For the year (Jan. - Dec. 2009), pulp imports rose 44% or 13.68 million tons, versus 2008.Paper and Paperboard. China also imported 310,000 tons of paper and paperboard in December, and increase of 40,000 tons over November figures.
