Kelley to Head NCSU Wood and Paper Science Department

North Carolina State University has named Dr.Stephen S.Kelley as head of the university's Department of Wood and Paper Science.Prior to joining the department,Kelley was the principal scientist for the Department of Energy(DOE) National Renewable Energy Laboratory(NREL) in Golden,Colo.Kelley joined NREL as a research chemist in 1992.
