On 28 February 2013 Mr. P. Chidambaram presented his Budget before the Parliament in New Delhi. This was his eighth budget, only Morarji Desai, has presented more budgets than him. In our democratic system when FM presents a budget it has already passed the test of acceptability to his party and its coalition partners. So tabling it in Lok Sabha is synonymous with its passage.
