Lift makes Oxford Street car park accessible to disabled users: Q-Park receives Disabled Parking Award for upgraded central London site

Q-Park has received an award in recognition of its work to make a major London car park accessible to wheel chair users for the first time in its 50-year history. A new glazed lift was commissioned at the car park that lies beneath the historic Cavendish Square behind John Lewis on Oxford Street. Disabled Motoring UK (DMUK) presented the operator with a Disabled Parking Award at the official opening of the lift on 30 April.
