Matrix Solutions marks a year of major refurbishment projects Car park refurbishment contractor Matrix Solutions has won both a series of major contracts this year and a top prize at the British Parking Awards 2010. The Bristol-based company won the Best Refurbishment Award at the annual competition in recognition of its work modernising Woking Borough Council's town centre multi-storey car parks.
