BETWEEN THEM Pauline Muddyman and Debbie Warren have been at civil enforcement agent Bristow & Sutor for over 40 years. But neither of them exhibits any sign of being jaded. On the contrary, the two general office managers speak with passion and enthusiasm about the company and their individual roles. Debbie Warren says: "I genuinely enjoy my job - 1 love the fact that it is so varied. At Bristow & Sutor we have seen goals achieved, and that's what keeps us so motivated." She adds: "This is a good company to work for. It never stands still, so you don't get bored. One of the things about working here as a manager is we are really involved in our own improvement and developing the company. We can see things change. The directors give us the freedom to just get on with it - that keeps us happy."
