Mr Ram D Ajekar has been elected the new DMAI president for the year 2009-10. He is the Managing Director of Astik Dyestuff Pvt.Ltd. having factory at Ankleshwar and Shree Chakra Organics Pvt.Ltd. having factory at Tarapur manufacturing a wide range of Meactive and Mohizol brand of Reactive Dyes. Besides having a strong presence in the domestic market, they also export their products to various countries including Europe and South America. Astik Dyestuff is an ISO 9001:2001 certified company. They also hold quality certification such as Eco-Passport and GOTS for a large number of products. Astik has, over the years, won several Awards from DMAI for excellence in performance in the domestic market, exports, introduction of new products etc.
