REFINERIES affiliated to Sinopec are forecast to process a combined 16.5-16.6-mil mt of crude in February, with daily consumption still at all-time high level of about 591,000mt, C1's research showed.The daily throughput was 0.58% lower than the previous month while 10-12% higher than a year earlier, indicated C1's data.
