THE first in the series of the AIMA-IndianOil Awards, instituted jointly by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and AIMA to recognise and award the best motivational practice was presented in the capital recently. The maiden AIMA-IndianOil Awards for the Best Motivational Practice were conferred upon Marico Ltd. (Manufacturing sector) and Blue Dart Express (Services sector) by Mr. Bhaskar Chatterjee, Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises.
