Tata Chemicals to raise funds for capacity expansion

TATA Chemicals is planning to raise Rs 4bn ($83m) in the next financial year to partly fund its capacity expansion programme. The India-based company plans to allot 11.5 million shares to its holding company, Tata Sons, over the next 12 months.
