INDIA'S leading natural gas transmission company, GAIL (India) Limited has been adjudged the Oil and Gas Transportation Company for the year 2007-08 . The award was presented today by Mr. R. S. Pandey, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to Dr. U. D. Choubey, Chairman and Managing Director, GAIL and Mr. Santosh Kumar, Director (Projects), GAIL. The award given by Petrofed carries a trophy and a citation. GAIL has received the award for the second time in a row.
