ArcelorMittal Contrecoeur Quest Inc. has confirmed that Tenova Goodfellow Inc. has achieved EAF operating savings of over 2.00 dollars/t liquid steel using the Efsop system at its plant just east of Montreal, Canada. These savings include significant reductions in electrical energy, natural gas and charged carbon, as well as increased productivity.
