SEPT. 24 - The F/V Top Notch ran aground in Nichols Bay, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska, at 4 a.m. The two crew-members notified the Coast Guard RCC in Juneau that they were abandoning ship in a lifeboat with supplies and building a small fire on thebeach.
