THERE is no doubt now that the economic crisis is deepening the world over. An examination of the financial statements of major business houses' of the last quarter (Oct -Dec) 08 indicates that many have reported losses, and the remaining few a sharp drop in profits. The greatest challenge today is to predict the future and work out effective strategies to meet the same. As former British PM Tony Blair put it, "Ask the experts what to do, and the most honest reply is 'I don't know'!"
