PROF. N. Kumar, Homi Bhabha Distinguished Professor, Raman Research Institute, Bangalore delivered a lecture on "Viewing Raman Through His Effects" on the occasion of the National Science Day at National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune which was held on 27th February 2009.
