Improving plant operations with process models

摘要

ASPENTECH process modelling and simulation techniques have repeatedly demonstrated their engineering value as a means of designing plants and processes. These techniques are also used for process analysis, trouble-shooting, de-bottlenecking, process improvement, developing control strategies and training operators. Companies are using them as decision-support tools for their, optimisation functionality and 'what-if and predictive capabilities. These latter functions are particularly valuable for design and troubleshooting.
