A new gateway for Northern British Columbia and Alaska seafood has opened at Prince Rupert's Fairview Container Terminal. The arrival of the first coiitainership at the terminal, the COSCO Antwerp, was expected on Oct. 31. COSCO Container Lines was the first operator to commit to the terminal. The Antwerp is 920 feet long, with a beam of 13u feet, a capacity of 5,446 TEUs (20-foot equivalent units), and a speed of 24.5 knots.
