Climate change and fisheries

摘要

Fisheries in many parts of the world already are experiencing changes driven by a warming global climate. So far, effects of climate change in the North Pacific are relatively mild, but everyone knows that the steady, long-term increase in global temperatures inevitably will alter fisheries productivity and profitability. No one knows exactly how or what the industry can do to adapt.
