BHARAT Petroleum Corporation is looking at a refining capacity of 45 million tonnes in 2015-16, as part of its many goals for 'Project Dream Plan', up from the present level of 30.5 million tonnes.Mr S. Radhakrishnan, Chairman and Managing Director, said at a press meet recently that the new refining target would involve expansion of the Bina and Kochi projects. BPCL also has a 12 million-tonne refinery in Mumbai while Numaligarh in Assam has a capacity of three million tonnes.
