OncoMethylome Sciences,a molecular diagnostics company with activities in Belgium,the Netherlands,and the USA,announces the details of its capital increase and listing on the Eurolist by Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam.Following the subscription to the offered shares,OncoMethylome Sciences will issue 2,933,334 new shares for a total amount of euro 22 million at a price of euro 7.50 per share.In the event that the 15 % over-allotment option is exercised in full,a total amount of euro 25 million will be raised in the of-fering.
