Dyeing Lawns

Taking a page from the playbooks of athletics-field groundskeepers, a number of Americans have taken to painting their home turf. Most regions in fhe U.S. have suffered severe droughts beginning in 2011, causing a number of municipalities to restrict the watering of lawns or ban it entirely. In turn, many homeowners' lawns are either dead or dying. Rather than suffer the indignity of living in a house surrounded by a brown yard, many are choosing to paint their lawns green.
