摘要

Amajor pollution-prevention goal for the aerospace industry is to reduce and eliminate the use of chromates.Efforts for pollution prevention by the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)through Exceutive Order 12856~1 identified the need to reduce the release of chromates during aircraft coating applications.
