PPG Industries' industrial coatings business has introduced Powercron AdvantEdge electrocoats (e-coats), a line of next-generation, high-edge cationic-epoxy products for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) markets. Powercron AdvantEdge e-coats are designed for high-edge protection of cut, stamped or formed edges on complex metal parts, and their formulation with metal-free catalyst technology developed and patented by PPG offers several performance and environmental advantages over competing products.
