Anew version of the Dymax BlueWave 200 high intensity spot curing system was recently announced by sales partner Intertronics. The sleeker design has an improved operator interface and smooth control panel that features an easy-to-wipe membrane for clean room applications. Building on the more than 17,000 maw/cm2 light intensity (at 300-450nm), Dymax has added an automatic power-on sequence that ensures full light output before the unit can be used, so preventing partial cures in early throughput.
