Grasim Industries resumes operations at chemical plant in Gujarat

GRASIM Industries Ltd has resumed operations of the chemical plant at Vilayat in Gujarat, which was suspended due to unexpected floods at Vilayat during the last week of September 2013. On October 7,2013, Grasim Industries had announced that it has suspended operations of its chemical plant due to floods affecting the plant/ power supply. The company has also commenced operations of the downstream epoxy plant at Vilayat.
