House painter Joselito Vega, 42, of Easton, Pa., allegedly stole six pieces of art said to be valued at $100,000, including an etching by Pablo Picasso valued at $10,000, from the Schulhof Estate in Kings Point, N.Y, according to New York authorities. Kings Point is located a few miles east of New York City.
