Hopefully, increasing your Web presence is high on your list of business goals for 2012. What that entails is becoming more active, both on your website and in social media, to reinforce your message, retain existing clients and find new customers.In my research about small business trends, I realized how ever-present things like social media, apps and smartphones have become and just how important they are for growing your business. I also found that most small business owners are mainly trying to keep their businesses viable and feel they do not have the time to engage in social media.
