Last month we described the sad state of affairs for businesses that hope to reach customers on Facebook without spending any money. In a nutshell, organic reach is dead. It was shot through the heart as the Facebook sheriffs brought law and order to the Wild West of social media. But as we mentioned, you don't have to spend a lot to get results on Facebook. (For now.) And unlike other forms of broadcast media, which fire buckshot in the hopes of hitting a target or two, Facebook is an arrow right to the bull's-eye.
