Henkel Corp. recently announced the sale of its business conducted under the Duck~R, Painter's Mate Green~R and Easy Liner~R brands in the U.S. and Canada to Shurtape Technologies LLC or one of Shurtape 's affiliates. Shurtape is based in Hickory, N.C., and has been a long-term supplier to Henkel.
