A North Carolina couple did not fall in love with Love It or List It, a reality television show that gives viewers a behind-the-scenes peek at home renovations. According to the (Raleigh) News & Observer, Deena Murphy and Timothv Sullivan are suing both Big Coat Productions, the Canadian company that produces the HGTV series, and Aaron Fitz Construction, a contractor that was hired to do renovations for the show on a property owned by the couple. Among the couple's contentions: breach of contract, subpar work and a violation of state law.
