The Flood brand of wood-care products is celebrating its 175th anniversary with the release of a comprehensive line of professional stains and finishes called the Flood Pro Series. The series was developed with the professional contractor in mind. The goal was to increase both product durability and ease of application. "The Flood Pro Series line boasts some of our best, most durable products to better serve the needs of professionals," said Jennifer Dodson, a senior manager at PPG, the company that owns Flood. According to a statement from PPG, the Flood Pro Series will also feature a broader color platform than was available previously: 40 semitransparent shades and more than 120 solid hues.
