University Gets Gift From PPG

In mid-August, the University of Pittsburgh received a $103,000 donation from the PPG Industries Foundation. The PPG Industries,Foundation, according to the Inside Philanthropy website, is the "philanthropic arm of (coatings giant) PPG Industries, and focuses on education, civic development, arts and culture, and human services by providing grants to national programs and community organizations where PPG Industries has a presence."
