PPG files trademark infringement suit against Sherwin-Williams

PPG Industries Inc.has filed a trademark infringement complaint against competitor Sherwin-Williams Co.The suit,filed in the U.S.District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania,concerns the use of the phrase"The Color of Inspiration."PPG says that it has used the phrase in connection with a paint color selection and matching system,used at Lowe's stores.But Sherwin-Williams has registered the phrase as a domain name,according to the suit.
